Experienced CRE investment professional with significant experience in asset management, acquisitions, development, debt capital markets, capital raising, leasing, and operations. Currently the Founder and Managing Partner of an investments and advisory business, Purple Rock Partners L.L.C., where we focus on multifamily and mixed-use investment opportunities, in addition to providing advisory services ranging from acquisitions and asset management consulting to capital raising and debt financing advisory.Previously oversaw all investment and development activity for DCG Real Estate, a subsidiary of Digital Currency Group that acquires and develops commercial real estate to support the blockchain industry. Previously served as the Global Head of Studio, Tishman Speyer's flex office / coworking platform, and prior to that worked across various asset management functions overseeing a large Manhattan mixed-use portfolio, and have gained significant debt experience leading negotiations and structuring for various multifamily, condo, office, and mixed-use developments and acquisitions. Prior experience includes roles at J.P. Morgan Asset Management and Merrill Lynch. Education includes an MBA from Columbia Business School with a focus on Real Estate and Finance and a BA from Northwestern in Economics and Legal Studies.
