I am the owner & operator for Motaria LLC. We create products that both entertain and educate others about the potential benefits of cannabis. We design, market, and sell a variety of cannabis themed products with our flagship product, the Motaria Marijuana Bingo game. I am in charge of all aspects of the business, from marketing, sales, product development & sourcing, event planning, accounting, web development and more.

Collaborate with custom furniture manufacturers and designers in the hospitality industry. During my time with Villa Hallmark, took on many responsibilities inside and outside of the office. I was the first contact for incoming phone calls and customers. It was my job to answer their questions or route the call to fellow team members. I was responsible for ensuring each one of our customer orders were accurately represented and communicated to the manufacturing team to ensure products were being built to customer specifications. I occasionally, had the privilege of going onsite to perform site measurements for upcoming customer projects. I had daily communication with all members in the office and in the manufacturing departments to discuss the progress of various jobs, taking photos, video, and notes to pass along to our customers. I also, kept up with inventory and organization for the company's fabric department.

I was responsible for picking up and then delivering food and non-food items from restaurants and grocery stores. I was also, paid for referring new Postmate's drivers for which I received several commissions throughout the time I spent driving for Postmates. I am grateful I got to work this gig part-time as the extra money helped me fund my business, Motaria.

As a Community Donation Manager at Anaheim Savers, it was my job to train and develop a team of donation ambassadors as well as retail sales staff on the best practices for accepting donations from the public while educating them on the impact of their donations on the company's non-profit partners. I was also tasked with reaching out to make new relationships with local non-profit organizations to setup donation Fundraisers for their causes.

Manage day to day operations of a successful thrift store. In charge of Team Member assignments, training and development. In charge of customer service standards in the store and interviewing and overall performance management. Each shift I was tasked with ensuring the store was kept in good condition so that customers can shop in a clean, comfortable, & safe environment.

Work with fellow lifeguards to ensure the safety of guests at Soak City waterpark and hotel pool. I had the opportunity to guard every area of the park from the wave pool, lazy river, and every slide. The entire lifeguard staff had weekly training and team building exercises to stay on top of our lifeguarding skillsets.
