I began my journey in BT as an MA working towards a Certificate in IT and Telecoms. During this time I worked in the faults department and dealt with inbound calls from business customers. These calls could relate to line/broadband faults, network set up or complaints.

My responsibilities include preparing food to a high standard in the morning and then serving dishes during the lunch and supper service. I work with mainly starters and deserts but I have worked with mains as well in my time as a cook/trainee chef. I pride myself on the ability to serve high end functions like weddings and birthdays.
