Oversee creation and implementation of recruitment programs that will attract potential players. Direct and design skill development program in consultation with the Boys Director so that boys and girls skill focus is based on the same hockey philosophy. Run, staff & budget weekly skills. Monitor team practices to evaluate coaches’ practice plans. Recruit and assign coaches. Implement ongoing education and training programs including but not limited to team-building, practice plans, small games, etc. Coordinate coaches evaluations. Conduct coaches meetings to discuss: program philosophy, age specific skills, playing time, practice/game ratios, game count and tournaments. Communicate regularly with coaches. Manage the tryout process.

The MCCA owns and oversees the operations of the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center including "The Lawn on D," the John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center, the MassMutual Center in Springfield, MA, and the Boston Common Garage. The MCCA's mission is to generate significant regional economic activity by attracting conventions, tradeshows, and other events to its world-class facilities while maximizing the investment return for the residents and businesses in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The duties and responsibilities of the Associate General Counsel include the following: assist the General Counsel in the day-to-day legal activities at the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (MCCA); manage the legal staff; draft and review legal documents such as construction, labor and sales contracts, Requests for Proposals, Requests for Qualifications, procurement materials, and internal procedures; represent the MCCA in all judicial and administrative proceedings; manage outside counsel in the defense of claims against the MCCA and in pursuing claims on behalf of the MCCA; negotiate collective bargaining agreements; participate in the grievance procedures, mediations and arbitrations in accordance with said agreements; and, oversee the legal aspects of any construction related issues.

Chosen by the Duxbury Board of Selectmen to serve as a volunteer on the Duxbury 2020 Committee whose role it is to prepare the Town for the upcoming events related to the commemoration of the Pilgrims' historic Mayflower voyage and landing in Plymouth, Massachusetts in 1620. Elected as Vice President of the Committee in July 2016.

The primary mission of the Asset Forfeiture Unit is to remove the proceeds of crime and other assets relied upon by criminals and their associates to perpetuate their criminal activity. Asset forfeiture has the power to disrupt or dismantle criminal organizations that would continue to function if we only convicted and incarcerated specific individuals.Chief of the Financial Litigation Unit - supervise a team of paralegals and an asset investigator whose purpose is to collect debts owed to the United States and victims of crimes.
