Work closely with treating physicians/providers, employers, customers, legal representatives, and the injured/disabled person to create and implement a treatment plan that returns the injured/disabled person back to work appropriately, ensure appropriate and cost-effective healthcare services, achievement of maximum medical recovery and return to an optimal level of work and functioning.

Under general direction of the Senior Manager of Operations, the Manager of Clinical Operations is responsible for providing direction, guidance, and management of the clinical team members. The Manager of Clinical Operations is responsible for the day‐to‐day operations of the program.

Under general direction of the Director of Nursing and working With the operations team, the Senior Nurse Manager is responsible for the development, design, launch, training, and management of clinical programs. The Senior Nurse Manager provides management of the Nurse Managers and Nurses assigned to the clinical programs. This role will serve as a subject matter expert when needed to support new business initiatives and may participate in writing components for business proposals. This role may also work with the client to provide program updates and address client issues.
