As EVP, Chief Information and Data Officer I am responsible for all aspects of our technology, data and analytics efforts. These include directing our overall application development, infrastructure and cyber security programs as well as our enterprise data, BI, advanced analytics and AI efforts. Lead our provider informatics efforts including setttng and executing on our value based care partnerships, provider contracting analysis and management and performance against commercial and government programs. Direct our Healthcare Information Management Analytics program that supports our utilization management, quality and employer group reporting efforts. As part of our executive leadership team I am responsible for helping set corporate strategy and enterprise priorities. Responsible for enterprise technology, data and analytics operating and capital budgets. Championed enterprise continuous improvement efforts to drive productivity, cost improvement and efficiency.

Supported the organization's planning and management functions in three primary areas. 1. Responsible for directing the finance related enterprise business intelligence projects as well as supporting the development and growth of the EBI program through partnering with our medical operations and information technology divisions. We do this through a comprehensive technology solution that includes data warehousing, dashboards and management reporting. 2. Responsible for the system Charge Description Master (CDM) including the charge structure and our CDM pricing strategy. 3. Partner with our clinical operations leadership to review the financial performance management of our CC campus and specifically our clinical institutes.
