He leverages Bridge Legal’s industry-leading marketing, intake processes, case maturation techniques, and the AI-powered platform, Bridgify, to foster robust relationships within the mass tort, mass arbitration, and single-event law firm and funder landscape. His initiatives are designed to elevate the sophistication of services offered to Bridge Legal's law firm and litigation funder clients, equipping them with the essential tools and resources to navigate the complexities of data and mitigate operational risks.Previously, Chris served as Director at Burford Capital, where he managed the underwriting and investment activities related to mass tort and single-event cases. He specialized in collaborating with law firms to maximize the value of their existing case portfolios, utilizing legal finance to accelerate the development of early-stage cases.Before his tenure at Burford, Chris was the Partner-in-Charge of case development, investigations, and client acquisition at Edelson PC. In that role, he oversaw the origination and development of thousands of mass tort and class action cases across diverse sectors. He was also a member of Edelson’s Public Client and Government Affairs practice group, aiding in case development for various government regulators at state, county, and municipal levels.Chris holds a law degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago School of Law, a Master’s in Sociology of Law from the International Institute for the Sociology of Law, and a Bachelor’s in Law and Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
