-Achieve the new student plans for assigned team-Establishing and forecasting plans and class outcomes. -Oversee hiring of admissions staff, maintaining staffing plans, and oversees and assists in the training, development, motivation, and ongoing management of such staff including quarterly reviews; new hire and veteran training; ongoing observations; turnover prevention via training and support provided. -Responsible for conversions of inquiry to applicant, applicant to new student and for local inquiry generation and database marketing.-Generate marketing plans to support inquiry conversion and applicant lock-in and ensures compliance with all school standards, ethical standards, and compliance with all federal, state and accreditation requirements. -Assist in training and development of ADAs to ensure their overall success. -Other duties as assigned

Lead an admission's team in recruiting students, coaching admission staff on product knowledge, programs and career outcomes. Adhere to all state, and federal accreditation and institute rules and regulations regarding student recruitment. Accurately and completely portray Institute educational programs, expected outcomes, student services, and financial consideration to students, parents and educators. Accurately forecast projected new students on a periodic basis for Campus Admissions Head. Consistently conduct follow-up monthly at minimum with all applicants to ensure successful matriculation. Assist other personnel and departments with data collection and problem solving. Participate in appropriate recruitment and enrollment activities including: open houses, regional presentations, training sessions, orientation programs.
