In April 2016 I joined forces with Lukas Calleja as a founding partner of TRUE SEAL Pty Ltd. As Director of Operations my focus in on all aspects of our operational success including: - Product Selection- Staff Management (roster, pays, recruitment etc)- Project Management- Training- Client Liaison

After learning the fundamental skills as an installer I was promoted into a Foreman role leading a team of fire rating professionals to deliver a diverse range of commercial projects. My role as Foreman was to manage the team and a specific project from start to finish enabling me to develop a thorough overview of the diverse range of products, skills and expertise required to deliver a project on-time and without compromise.

As an installer I developed a broad range of Fire Penetration sealing skills including:- Installation of fire protection products including fire pillows, batts, mortar, fire rated hebel blocks- Construction of fire rated bulk heads and board jobs,- In-fill floor service penetrations, - Finish caulking and joinery

Having spent my life in country Victoria I moved to Melbourne in November 2012 and accepted a landscaping role with MPF Landscaping. The role included all the common landscaping duties including lawns, weeding, spraying and general garden maintenance.

Having returned from Darwin I accepted a manual labour role working for Bruce Jacobs that included a range of pipe related activities including locating cables, gas mains. water mains etc as well as pulling and feeding pipe and cable.

After growing up in country Australia I was presented with an opportunity to see more of our country with a role in Darwin. The role involved converting shipping containers into government housing as part of the Darwin Detention centre. I worked as a labourer in all elements of the construction including metal, plasterboard, timber and tin work. The role also involved earth moving, crane deliveries and rigging.

Seeking a greater challenge I accepted an Assistant Managers role at Beaurepaires that provides car servicing, tyres and maintenance. As Assistant manager I was responsible for a range of staff management functions including payroll & banking as well as the entire customer management process from bookings through to billing. My role was also hands on supporting the team including a range of functions such as tyre replacements, wheel alignments, car servicing, brake installation and retail sales.

Having completed my university studies I was offered the full time role of store manager in the Wodonga retail branch. Accountabilities included:- Staff management including rosters, coaching & motivation, performance management.- Stock management including all merchandising, displays and general store presentation- Adherence to budgets (typically exceeded!)

Whilst completing my University studies I was employed as a part time sales assistant for both Celebrations and Sportsco that predominately involved customer service/sales as well as stock merchandising.

Worked in a variety of different roles in a casual position whilst I was completing my VCE studies. Duties included customer service and stock management.
