Provide technical support and training to all staff and students. Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues on 400+ devices ranging from mobile to desktops. Perform regular maintenance on peripherals including, projectors, printers, document camera, and interactive whiteboards. Maintain inventory for all technology and fixed assets. Developed and maintained the schools website and social media accounts. Develop and execute plans to distribute various devices among different learning environments based on the current demand. Responsible for determining the amount of technology consumables needed to be ordered for the year. Also, facilitated multiple learning environments with instruction on learning to code and basic computer science.

Plan, Coordinate and direct the Student Ministries Production Team to create an engaging and distraction free environment for our weekly services. Equip and train volunteers to serve confidently in various technical positions. Assist Student Ministries staff in the planning, coordination, and execution of ministry events, activities, and meetings. Assist Production Team in maintaining current environments, designing future environments, and in the research of new equipment to support technical needs.

Setup, deliver, and install new computers on over 10 networks at various sites around North Carolina; totaling over 800 computers. Saved clients money by offering to reconfigure older computers which decreased the number of new purchases and gave all employees better computers. Consulted with customers and offered solutions to general hardware and software issues including: configuring hand held devices, installing driver updates to maintain computer functionality, and reconfiguring computers network settings to maintain network connectivity.

Design, setup, and install home and business networks as well as repair and upgrade customer’s computers in office or in customers home/office using all Microsoft Windows home/office operating systems with its included network capabilities. Trouble shooting potential problems of the customer’s computer with the client, taking the necessary means to root out the problem, contacting the customer to verify the problem and helping them find and implement the best solution.
