Responsible for managing the day to day operations in the East Region to improve company’s sales, profit margin and market share. Manage the East Region Sales Consultants from Virginia north to Maine. Responsible for analysis of financial data to aid executive management decision making as pertains to the monthly budget. Assist with training and development of new sales goals, strategies and programs for both new and existing sales representatives. Proactive in the growth of Harrow Sports Lacrosse product line by being a member of the product development committee. Aid in the development and design of new innovative lacrosse equipment for both Men and Women.
