Offered position after excelling in my temp position at their Plymouth site and relocated to Bristol to work for Astra Zeneca's Avlon Site. Worked closely with all site staff from Facilities management, plant engineers to the canteen. Responsible for invoice queries, returns, order discrepancies, stock discrepancies, Health and Safety monthly checks, purchasing administration, general warehouse, sales negotiating. Liaising with sales representatives/suppliers/IESA head office on a daily basis and progressing orders. Purchased for 2 of Astra Zeneca's sites from the Bristol. This required regular contact with all parties to ensure excellent customer satisfaction was achieved to which I received outstanding feedback.Built a good knowledge and working relationship with Bristol based branches of Brammer, Cromwell, Buck & Hickman, Arco, Pirtek and BSS. Nationally I have upheld many of IESA's key accounts and pushed as and where appropriate to offer own brand items, not only pushing the services of my employer, but also their partners.Excelled in the rectifying of plant stop situations, where specific parts were required with great urgency - documented thanks sent direct to my Manager specifically stating how my actions resolved a critical situation, whilst upholding a valid paper trail for inevitable audits and investigationsWhen offered this position it was sold to me as ‘a problem site'. Nationally I have built a good rapport with companies such as Netstationers, RS, Aalco, and Aaron Metals.During this post I have implemented many new systems in the store. One example of this being a more effective way to store Honing Stones, ensuring the life of the product was not jeopardised before being put into use.
