I am responsible for responding, identifying, and resolving all issues related to theft, fraud, and safety incidents.Core Responsibilities:-Evaluate and update the Point of Sale settings and procedures in relation to potential shortage concerns. - Monitor sales reducing activities company wide to ensure profit retention.-Train all store management on shortage control and fraud reporting, using the point of sale systems. -Identify and manage internal theft for company chain.-Complete investigations and interview parties responsible for any theft or shortage.-Install and maintain all CCTV systems in all stores.-Respond to and investigate all security and safety concerns and incidents.
