In this role I oversee all Fungus, Flammability, Space Worthiness, and HazMat analyses to various military, government, country, and specialty standards/requirements. I am the direct manager for the team providing material analysis in order to complete all project work.

I am one of two auditors providing site audits for the various ISO 14001 certified campuses Viasat has. I ensure compliance to the standard and continual improvement of our Environmental Management System.

In this role, I provide internal and external communication dealing with all company environmental compliance regulations and material property analyses. I am one of the main company experts in regards to: RoHS, REACH, Packaging, TIPPA, Battery, WEEE, Proposition 65, Fungus, Flammability, and Military HazMat directives, regulations, and requirements.• Analyze company product down to the material and chemical level for hazardous substances and legal compliance • Verify and validate all external environmental certifications and certify all required product to international laws• Audit Corporate and Atlanta campuses to the ISO 14001:2015 international standard for its Environmental Management System• Liaise with internal managers and provide weekly status updates on their products, ongoing analyses, and certifications• Produce weekly reports for Director of Compliance on overall performance and internal client statuses

In this position I managed and led a company of 450 employees undertaking responsibilities from project management to team management, logistical reviews to budget reviews, and marketing initiatives to training initiatives.•Oversaw 15 plus managers, 450 plus lifeguard staff, and 60 plus aquatic facilities daily•Developed new management talent through interviews, prolific feedback, accountability, and support; ultimately increasing candidate pool by 35% and yielding back to back years with 100% and 94% retention of management•Built strong relations with clients over the 160 aquatic facilities overseen and served as head liaison for the largest clients•Created marketing strategy implementing social media marketing and WOM marketing strategies recruiting, training, and staffing entire company yielding in increased staffing levels by 25%•Handled all social media accounts for the company implementing social media policy into company operations•Created, conducted, and evaluated customer surveys to gain consumer insights of daily operations•Allocated bonuses for staff based off documented occurrences of policy non-compliance, which doubled to reduce company expenditures and liability•Created safety training programs, and documentation for the company in order to exceed client and industry standards•Undertook logistic review of training process analyzing bottlenecks, value-add activities, cost structure, risk profiles, supply chain, and quality management•Increased efficiency of training classes, ultimately increasing average class size by 40 guards (up to 100), and decreasing overall class length by 3 hours down from 27, overseeing the certification process for the entire company
