I believe in getting things done in a timely and proficient manner. I possess many skills which have proven to be very useful as a Resident Manager. I am always willing to learn new skills in which I normally pick up very quickly. I am seeking a position where I can utilize my skills to exceed my employer's expectations. I work very well with contractors and on property vendors in which I build a beneficial relationship with for ongoing projects and maintenance. I am always looking for cost effective ways to better the property in both cosmetic appeal and increased safety standards for resident/guest comfort.
