I primarily operated as Senior 2nd line IT Support in London. Addressing end user requests and providing support on all IT systems locally.In addition to the local London support I was responsible for all IT support & management for the Brussels and Warsaw offices. The majority of work was done remotely with 3-5 site visits per year. Responsibilities required a proactive approach as well as an understanding of any cultural sensitivity or considerations required. This drew heavily on my customer service focus. Remote work focuses on user support and infrastructure including all comms equipment and servers. This covered backups, printers, MFDs, LAN/WAN understanding entailed service provider interaction including contracts, support, and budgeting.I delivered sole support and administration for the Cisco IPT platform in the EMEA. This covered 18 offices, ranging in size delivering support, troubleshooting, operational maintenance, MAC changes. I worked in all phases from initial design and logistics through to end user training. I was focussed on end user and key stakeholder expectations and acted as a PoC during and after the project completion.

I also took responsibility during the merger of Haarmann Hemmelrath and Squire Sanders & Dempsey, for all data transfer as well as hardware refreshing, moving and converting of email and database data. At the time the IT Manager allocated all interaction with SSD to me.I worked on a variety of ad hoc IT related projects including OS migration, integrating new hardware research, purchasing and installation.Over time my role and responsibility increased and evolved giving opportunity for international travel as both an IT tech and trainer.
