I am skilled and experienced in Operational Risk Management, with a passion for supporting strategic objectives through alignment of risk management disciplines. For over three years I have specialised in Third Party Risk Management and latterly Operational Resilience Risk. It is here that I have been able to use four decades of banking, risk management and leadership skills to oversight transformation agendas in People Risk, Organisational Change, Third Party Risk Management and Operational Resilience. Regulatory focus remains a force in influencing the stability of UK Financial Services and I enjoy interpreting, oversighting, and influencing risk management solutions to address evolving supervisory frameworks.I have a background in leading nationally based teams, successfully delivering relationship and risk management solutions in Retail and Corporate Banking, Mergers and Acquisitions and in a range of other customer facing and internally focused risk control positions. Having held a pivotal risk reporting role across all categories of Financial and Non-Financial Risks, I am now using this experience and knowledge to evolve risk management agendas to meet new regulations and the growing range of threats to corporate resiliency.
