I worked under the original owner Tony. When he passed away I worked as a shift supervisor under his wife. When his wife sold the business to a family friend I was offered a management position. After a couple months and some other circumstances at the restaurant I was offered the General Manager for the restaurant. I also am a full time teacher at an elementary school. I have a chance to do both things that I love, teaching and running a restaurant. Best of both worlds!
