Managed customer relations and expectations throughout the engineering, construction, and commissioning stages of the manufacturing process. Responsible for implementing customized Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) procedures for process, battery backup, and power distribution containers that meet specific customer needs/requirements. Worked alongside electrical and mechanical engineers to fulfill customer expectations and requirements to meet the custom design criteria needed. Ensured that the design meet the required NFPA, NEC, MSHA, State, and UL regulations and recommendations. Designed customized I/O list, control schemes, and cause and effect procedures for customers and when needed programmed a variety of PLC/HMI from Allen-Bradley, ABB, Siemens, Schneider, and RedLion. Additional responsibilities included testing the functionality and implementing switchboards, MCC, VFD, transformers, UPS, generators, HVAC, and a variety of other utilities into the overall container.

Responsible for the oversight of all administrative functions within the parts department. This includes, but is not limited to invoicing and billing of parts, managing department budget and maintaining vendor contracts, reviewing the accuracy of multiple types of documents, and communicating with the administration on suggested changes in policies and procedures. This position also requires to be constant updates to meet the company’s goals due to the high level of independent decision-making. Secondary responsibilities include responding to time sensitive inquiries and problems with vendors in order to stay within the requirements of the contract. In order to carry out these responsibilities I am required to stay highly organized, prioritize the importance of certain orders and warranties, and multitask with assisting mechanic and inputting data in order for other departments to run efficiently.

Main duties were to manage residential and commercial irrigation contracts and stay aligned within the agreed budget. A main expectation was to communicate with the homeowner or property manager on recommendations to improve the effectiveness of their system. In order to maintain the business revenue I was required to know every step in the design and construction phases of the proposed system in order to effectively sell to the consumer. I was also responsible to maintain the irrigation inventory within the fleet in order for the crew to properly install the systems in a time-sensitive manner.

Main responsibilities were directing and coordinating activities related towards production, sales, and invoicing. Also, ensuring all contracted requirements where correctly meet and with the deadline. During summer months this entail handling multiple crews that had to be properly train in order to construct a number of different landscape and irrigation projects. Between the summer and winter transition full time employees needed to follow guidelines to ensure that proper standards were met for storage of summer equipment and attachment of plows. Winter responsibilities involved handling and delegating snowplow routes to ensure that all contracted expectations of customers were met at the agreed time during snowstorms.
