In academica, I am currently enrolled in Glasgow University, studying Geography.As a camp counselor, I embraced the responsibility of nurturing young minds and spirits, guiding campers through a diverse array of activities ranging from canoeing and hiking to arts and crafts. Each day presented new challenges and opportunities for growth, whether mediating conflicts between campers or leading team-building exercises that fostered camaraderie and resilience. Through the highs and lows of camp life, I discovered the transformative power of community and the profound impact that mentorship can have on young lives. On a more individual note,on the penultimate night of my second summer I was presented with the prestigious Counselor of the Year award for my excellence over the summer.
