Began Product Management while still acting as a senior field engineer and managing field escalations globally for the Rain Bird Golf Division. Products in my portfolio include Rain Bird's Software and Central Control systems, The IC System™ Family, Decoder Family, Field Controllers, LINK radio products and all golf accessories external to mechanical products.Due to external circumstances I have also re-acquired the field escalation role in addition to product management.

Responsible for managing 3 product lines within the Rain Bird Corporation Golf Division including managing the escalation of Field Service Support globally. This provides the opportunity to work across many functional divisions such as Engineering, Marketing, Manufacturing, Service, Sales, and Distribution.

Providing field work to support all teams across the Golf Division of the Rain Bird Corporation. I have the pleasure and opportunity to work directly with the Product Management, Marketing, Engineering and Manufacturing teams as well as the great pleasure of supporting our customers in the field Globally. From working with Beta products to developing one off solutions to meet a project, or site constraint each day provides a new unique set of challenges across the board and across the globe. One of the recent highlights was working on the team to test and iterate the new Version 8 of Rain Bird's Cirrus Family of Central Control Software. This testing and knowledge of the product led to me being on the presentation team at the 2017 Golf Industry Show (GIS). This was a unique and insightful experience which was quite invigorating. I got to interact with so many different customers, consultants, designers, contractors and other manufacturers that it tested my knowledge of the product, application and future solutions.

I worked in Golf Irrigation Control Systems. I have had the pleasure to be able to represent Large companies to their customers both domestically and internationally. This has afforded me the opportunity to do troubleshooting and analysis work, Strategic Consulting, conduct meetings with Distributors, Contractors, Customers; and the opportunity to be involved in project management from start to finish on many different scales across many cultures.International locations include South Korea, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico etc..Domestically I have worked all over the United States in many different environmental conditions.

Worked on failure analysis. Compiled project information. Built excel spreadsheets to track project information. Created training materials including: Power points, manuals, and training videos (Adobe Premier Pro). Ensured contractors were compensated, and followed up with customers. Also, shipped specialty products and helped in beta testing of several products.

Led the 10 student team in the education and public outreach office at the National Optical Astronomy Organization. This included trips around Arizona to conduct star parties, training's, classroom assistance etc.. Training's across many different programs with groups from Raytheon Missile Systems to University of Arizona outreach programs with schools.
