Responsibilities:• Provide specialist professional support for the Digital Learning Environment, including the Learning Management System (LMS), and related educational technology services for the Faculty.• Develop and undertake user acceptance testing (UAT) and other requirements during software upgrade and implementation processes.• Provide relevant technical and system service and administrative support.• Provide responsive user support to staff, and assist with service delivery management tasks and responsibilities, including the learning management system, integrations and other educational technologies.• Produce educational technology support materials and resources, and deliver staff development through consultations, workshops and information sessions.• Liaise with other support services and teams both within the Faculty and university as necessary on routine operational processes to maintain a sustainable and contemporary online learning environment.• Actively contribute to projects related to enterprise learning systems implementation, in collaboration with teams from Deakin Learning Futures (DLF), and other Faculties, by developing and testing user acceptance requirements (UAT) during software upgrade and implementation processes.• Develop and implement methods to assess effective use of the University’s learning systems by gathering, analysing and reporting on academic and system data.• Contribute to user-focused service delivery for the LMS, in accordance with agreed procedures and targets. Provide high-level advice to the Digital Learning Manager on technical matters relating to the Digital Learning Environment, including the LMS and related educational technology services at the University.2. Lead and undertake specific projects simultaneously as identified by the Digital Learning Manager, provide regular reports on progress and ensure their timely completion according to specific requirements.3. Lead and contribute to a range of projects including the testing, recommending and implementation of prospective new tools associated with the Digital Learning Environment and the LMS, in alignment with the University and Faculty strategic priorities.4.
