I lead the finance team for training and global M&A at PE backed, 3t. Transforming Training through Technology in the UK and beyond.Before joining 3T I led EY's UK focus on Oilfield & Energy Services alongside the Corporate Finance business in Aberdeen, advising a broad range of clients through a variety of deal structures and fundraising assignments, across a wide range of sectors including Oilfield Services, Renewable Energy, Food & Drink and Retail. In addition to my M&A advisory focus, over my 15 years of experience I've been fortunate to experience a broad range of transaction assignments from IPO and diligence assignments, Project Finance, Fundraising and Restructuring.In addition to my work with three excellent corporate finance teams at EY, KPMG and RSM, I spent 15 months seconded to Co-op Bank's market leading renewables team. Whilst my focus since settling in Aberdeen has been local mid-market and oilfield services, I retain clients and good friends in the food & drink, energy and retail sectors in Aberdeenshire, Scotland and wider UK. In recent years, I've been lucky enough to develop deep relationships and experience in the Scottish Harbour community, crossing over with our team's Oil and Gas, Seafood and Marine experience.My professional qualifications include CA (ICAS) and CF qualification (ICAEW).
