Designed and built the foundations for a proper monitoring infrastructure through the adoption of appropriate processes and process changes. Improved the process of on-boarding new services by raising the awareness to establish monitoring requirements and implementing the appropriate monitoring tools before services reach production. This allowed us to establish baselines throughout the various stages of the application lifecycle as well as identify performance incidents early.Actively identified application exceptions and performance issues to drive continual service improvements through feedback to appropriate application development teams and engineering minimizing impact to the customer. In order to reach this level it required a focus on improving processes to identify incidents through events, detecting problems, leading problem management meetings to identify action items to drive identification of root cause, and managing the change order tracking and follow-up to assess final resolution and service improvements.Established event monitoring of various technologies such as Cisco, AIX, RHEL, and 3rd party appliances in addition to Windows Servers. Integrating events from Wily/APM, eHealth, Mainframe, Hitachi SAN, and 3rd party management tools such as AlertSite/InSite into a central event management console to increase the ability to correlate events. Established new relationships with various departments and individuals within the hardware, web server, network, DBA's, application development, and business unit teams to identify the monitoring needs of the enterprise.CA Infrastructure Management/Performance Center AdministratorCA Spectrum AdministratorCA eHealth AdministratorCA Virtual Assurance Infrastructure Manager AdministratorCA APM Administrator
