Developed and executed comprehensive training plan for each intelligence discipline and integrated the functions in preparation for combat deployment. Served simultaneously as the brigade intelligence fusion chief to provide the commander with essential predictive analysis to enable effective decision making. Responsible for taxpayer property in excess of $45 million.Key Accomplishments / Special Projects:• Earned trust of infantry commanders during home station training and integrated intelligence teams into the organizations early in pre-combat training to ensure seamless transition to combat operations in Afghanistan• Created “best Family Readiness Group in the battalion” to ensure families received the support needed for the deployment and the soldiers had peace of mind while deployed• Developed new and innovative intelligence products which became the standard for the unit• Disciplined property accountability procedures resulted in 100% accountability of all equipment after twenty months in command at Fort Drum and Afghanistan

Guided analytic efforts of intelligence fusion cell responsible for providing timely, relevant, accurate and predictive intelligence for the Commanding General of U.S. Forces in Afghanistan. Responsible for coordinating logistics integration of supply, maintenance, transportation, and services for a 362-soldier unit during combat operations in Iraq. Supervised accountability of over $18 million in property and a budget of $200,000. Key Accomplishments / Special Projects:• Selected and entrusted by leadership to deploy from Afghanistan to Iraq in order to redeploy the unit back to the United States; increased tensions forced unit to remain in Iraq another six months• Leveraged interpersonal and logistical skill to quickly acquire 40 air conditioners, several box freezers, and six high-capacity generators to sustain life support operations as temperatures exceeded 130 degrees• Executed over $100,000 as field contracting officer, accounting for all money and devising creative and legal means to acquire supplies at better prices without jeopardizing American soldiers’ lives in hostile cities• Led dozens of logistic patrols across northern Iraq, providing a constant flow of goods and services to numerous remote locations; provided resources and contract manpower to build and sustain three austere bases• Managed and tracked 124 vehicles and containers from multiple points of debarkation from Iraq to Fort Bragg

Led and managed 20-soldier interrogation element responsible for the collection of actionable intelligence from enemy combatants and terrorists captured during combat operations in Afghanistan. Responsible for the ethical conduct of all operations and the humane treatment of detainees in the Bagram Internment Facility.
