Recruit, select, train, and provide work direction to enumerators and Crew Leader Assistant Supervise, monitor, evaluate and provide feedback to staff on work performance Conduct Census data gathering activities, complete field listings and hit enumeration targetsDevelop and maintain productive and harmonious relationships with respondents, enumerators, co-workers, support staff and supervisors Perform other related duties as prescribed by the employer.
