As the Manager of Game Day Operations & Community Liason I am responsible for executing the game day operations for all 34 home games, plus playoffs. In addition, I oversee community initiatives including school, hospital, minor hockey and other community visits. Averaged over 7500 fans over the three seasons in the role - a 5% increase over the three years previous. Ranked 39th best game experience in North America by Stadium Journey and top experience in the QMJHL (one of only two Canadian teams included in top 40).

As Sales Manager at the Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton, Halifax Downtown, I was responsible for the Sport, Government, Indigenous and SMERF (Social, Military, Education, Religious, Fraternal) Markets.Grew the sport market to the highest levels it had been in the properties history by becoming a staple venue for local minor-hockey tournaments & Football NS inter-provincial events.Deepened the relationship with our Indigenous partners through site visits to bands across the province, providing them a comforting face and place to stay when coming to Halifax for meetings. Also worked with our hotel staff to allow Smudging practices to take place, leading to an increase in the number of meetings booked by the Indigenous market at the property.

Coordinated duties and promotions for each game to provide a premier fan experience.
