LEADERSHIP TRAINING: Authored, developed,and implemented a Corporate Leadership Training Program comprised of 15 instructional modules and 188 curriculum pages; executed over 17,000 instructional hours for 86 Lower to Mid Level Managers. Developed, administrated, instructed four Management/Leadership programs over a two year period for uplifting effective leadership habits and customer service principles targeting three tiers of management staff from entry level to Board of Director level leadership. MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER: Developed 6 marketing events for exposure/sales of a $330M construction project resulting in $145M in sales. Coordinated a Regional, National, and International Brokerage Network in access of 3,000 personnel for expanded Real Estate sales activity. SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER: Manager for $1.5M year long software development and implementation project which resulted in a complete refurbishment of companywide computer network seven functional area departments to Microsoft based software. GENERAL MANAGER::responsible for a re-structuring/manpower analysis and Customer Service enhancement campaign; responsible for restructuring of a 600 personnel department and developing training for better effectiveness in customer service and productivity for resort services with 14 separate office locations providing 24 hours service in 5 functional areas.

Second in Command to Commanding General: Directed Wing Headquarters Staff for all operations involving over 16,000 personnel, 495 aircraft at three locations, with 6 subordinate Organizations and 42 units. Managed execution of $6B in assets and $840M operating budget, capturing all training goals. Dictated staff planning/leadership direction for air/ground operations, as well as operational planning for future/contingency operations in both Iraq and Afgahnistan for Marine Air Combat Element operations. Assisted in the planning/stand-up of Marine Air Group 40 for initial air support of Marine Bridgade in Helmand Province, Afghanistan in May 2009.

Planned, directed, and integrated 7,000 personnel, 157 aircraft, theater-wide communications assets, aviation logistics/maintenance in support of a 40,000 ground forces in Iraq. Developed, planned, directed, allocated assets for all aviation combat operations in support of Marine Combat Ground Elements against insurgent terrorist forces during combat surge operations. Planned and coordinated over 110K flight hours producing over 68K aviation missions in an 8 month combat tour. Primary advisor to senior executives for Marine aviation operations; liaison for planning with Army, Navy, and Air Force aviation leadership for coordination and synergy in the theater of operation.

Directed and implemented training of 5,000 personnel in warfare training for 137 military occupational specialties. Led and managed over 1100 Instructors and Headquarters personnel for all aspects of aviation and ground training operations, human resources, fiscal, material readiness, supply chain management, with $500M operating budget. Implemented curriculum development for all training programs.

Led and coordinated 21 senior officers responsible for representing the Marine Corps direction in expeditionary programs involving Norway logistics facilities/equipment; Maritime Preposition ships/equipment; all Navy Amphibious ship design, procurement; Force Reconnaissance training, equipping, operations involving Marine Special Operations Forces; Naval Gunfire, sea counter-mine measures, improvised explosive device countermeasures.
