I edited the Rehearsal Breaks column of the Choral Journal, the national publication of the American Choral Directors Association.

I founded and led an early-and-modern professional instrumental and vocal ensemble. Highlights included a broadcast of Handel's Messiah on Classical WGUC, a popular SummerSing, and noteworthy performances of music by Bach, Telemann, Arvo Paert, and others.

As the Artistic Director & CEO of the Cincinnati Boychoir, I led this community-based music education program through a time of transition into a time of growth and stability with a serious focus on equity, access, and inclusion. During my time the enrollment increased from 50 to over 300, and the budget grew from $200k to $800k.

I worked with the second-oldest chamber music society in the United States (89 years!) to bring world-class ensembles to Cincinnati.
