Overall responsibility for all company operations including technical, financial, and administrative. Responsible for planning and executing complex hydrographic and mapping operations, using single-beam, multibeam, side-scan, magnetometer, and mobile LiDAR technologies. Responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding client relationships through superior performance and attention to clients’ needs.

Held lead engineering responsibility on numerous marine construction projects throughout the US East, West, and Gulf Coasts. Supervised project layout and planning, lead Site Engineering teams composed of up to 20 individuals as well as numerous subcontractors. Conducted regular interaction with government and private clients at all levels. At the corporate level, served on project planning, estimating, and production engineering teams. Performed production engineering and estimating for numerous domestic projects as well as international contracts valued in excess of $1 billion.

Responsible for carrying out single-beam, multibeam, and dual-frequency hydrographic surveys on numerous marine construction projects throughout the US. Active in all phases of post-processing including data reduction, preparation of maps, cross sections, and volume computations. Responsible for earthwork computations for dredge fill sites and beach nourishment projects including design of beach fill surfaces and templates. Supervised vibracore soils investigations for pre-bid and active dredging projects. Performed water quality monitoring using turbidimeters, hydrometers, multi-parameter probes, and automated data buoys.
