• As the head of Coinbase Institute, I led Coinbase's crypto policy think tank, which uses a combination of forward thinking policy analysis, data-driven research, and strategic partnerships to advance the policy conversation around crypto. • As Policy Chief of Staff, I worked with the Chief Policy Officer to develop and execute Coinbase’s strategic plan for public policy engagement throughout all levels of government, including our approach to US, international, and regulatory policy.

• Developed and implemented policies for the U.S. political law program for key risk areas such as political contributions, lobbying, gifts/entertainment, and ethics rules. • Researched current and proposed laws concerning political activities to advise the Firm’s business units. • Managed the firm’s pre-clearance, tracking, and auditing processes for employee and corporate political activities involving U.S. government officials.

• Made written and verbal recommendations to the Commission in response to complaints filed under the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended. Conciliated with, investigated, or otherwise prosecuted political committees that were in violation of the Act. • Was the lead attorney on more than 50 matters, including a matter that resulted in the largest civil penalty in Commission history for foreign interference in US elections. • Completed a seven month detail position as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Columbia. Prosecuted a heavy caseload of domestic-violence related matters, and was the first chair prosecutor for half a dozen trials.

• Assist the Honorable James P. Jones with the analysis of pleadings and drafting of judicial opinions.

• Practiced primarily as a litigator on matters involving employment law, financial services, and education law. • Worked on more than 90 discrete matters, conducted more than two dozen depositions, drafted a variety of pleadings, and provided representation during civil hearings.
