- Ran the Tampa Bay area Virtual Van branch responsible for all reservations, availability,and all logistical matters associated with 12 and 15 passenger vans in the group(approximately 100 branches)- Responsible for the overall profitability of the large passenger vans based on an IPC(Income per car) basis each month averaging over $150k each month in profit- Created daily Excel reports with all reservations in the group making sure each customerwould receive a van by teaming up with the logistics coordinators- Adjusted rates, sell out/open up reservations, put in MLR’S (Minimum length of rental)and make other business decisions to help maximize our profitability from data gatheredin forecasting reports that I created in Excel- Presented PowerPoint presentations in Assistant Branch Manager and new BranchManager trainings in order to achieve/exceed group sales and service goals
