I received a Letter of Appreciation from the Commanding Officer of the 514th Medical Squadron, McGuire AFB, New Jersey for performance of duties.• Participated in Combined Arms Exercise 97, located in MCB 29 Palms, CA. For a period of two months. During this time responsibilities included providing food service for 2,500 Marines and Sailors in garrison chow hall and 1, 500 Marines and Sailors in field conditions. I supervised menu planning, received goods, stored and inventoried goods, supervised 120 kitchen workers and their scheduling, finical accounting of all goods received and expended, and maintained kitchen equipment.
