Also responsible for the management of a team of project controls professionals and the execution of project critical path scheduling, cost management and support, and the implementation of project management software tools.

Kleen Energy Project (Middletown, CT) - 620MW Combined-Cycle Power Plant:Led a team of planning and scheduling professionals in the development and execution of an effective 10,000-activity Critical Path Method (CPM) Schedule to ensure Project Requirements are met. This required regular coordination with managers of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction to create a unified and concise project plan in a dynamic environment.

Heavy/Civil Bridge, Highway, and Power Plant Construction Projects:Key Member of the Estimating and Field Management Teams for several Highway and Power Plant Projects, ranging from $2Million to $200Million. This included Project Controls Management, Engineering and CAD Drafting relating to Construction Phasing, and coordination with Field Management, subcontractors, and Project Owners.

Project Engineering and Management on Boston’s Central Artery/Tunnel Project ($150Million - $200 Million):Led the scheduling and coordination on multiple projects, ranging from the erection of more than 4000 feet of precast concrete segmental bridge structure to a Cut/Cover Tunnel Section directly beneath the active elevated Highway. This included supervision of field crews and subcontractors, creating CAD lift drawings for complex construction phasing, and Engineering Design related to temporary structures related to Construction Means and Methods.
