My passion for youth development has been pivotal in my growth as an educator, mentor, coach and leader. With a focus on positive leadership, I thrive on influencing and communicating effectively to guide individuals and teams through challenges. I seek collaborators who value organization, reliability, responsibility, and integrity.Passionate about shaping the future, I serve as the Head of Sports Performance and Wellness and lead the Diocesan Scholar Mentorship Programme at Bishops Diocesan College in Cape Town, South Africa. As the Founder of Athlete Performance Mentorship (APM), I am dedicated to providing unparalleled athlete-performance coaching and mentorship services.With a wealth of experience spanning various roles, from working with high school athletes to professional athletes, I bring a unique blend of education and sports management. A qualified coach and teacher, I hold a Postgraduate degree in Education and a Master's in Sport Management, focusing on the role of mentorship in the journey from under-19 cricketers to professional cricket.Beyond the realm of sports, my commitment to education and mentorship is reflected in my ongoing PhD studies, delving into the experiences of South African school sports scholarship programmes.
