Accountable for the P&L performance and success of the Northeast Region Buildings + Places Business Unit, Chris provides direction and P&L management of business operations across the B+P unit, overseeing 4 market sector driven sub-P&Ls along with 8 diverse practice groups across the Northeast. He establishes program and performance objectives, profitability cash flow enhancement, revenue projections, enrichment of Market Sector sub-P&Ls. Managing the effectiveness of, providing direction and leadership for Senior Leadership, AVPs, Principals, Practice leads, Directors, Program and Senior Managers. Inspiring positive outcomes and monitoring KPIs and assuring top performance of leadership and our effective and highly qualified managers, guiding positive culture and sustaining highest morale, providing management training, mentoring and leadership development. Directs and facilitates course corrections, identifying and driving important initiatives which contribute to BU success. Systematization of weekly, monthly and quarterly workflows. Providing direction and oversight for priority programs and initiatives. Negotiates contract terms; facilitates communications, oversees concerns and compliance; monitoring and management of client relations.
