About Christopher Elfers

There is a proper tool – and a proper person – for every job.As a production supervisor and former Navy mechanic, I’ve staked my career on that belief. All jobs are easier if you have a good selection of tools – and people -- from which to choose. I excel in teaching people new skills, giving them opportunities to learn new jobs, and cultivating them so they can progress in their careers. The end result is a team of well-rounded, highly skilled, hardworking professionals who take pride in and frankly enjoy their jobs. Imagine having a team that can handle whatever you throw at them.Throughout my career in aircraft manufacturing and as a Navy mechanic and supervisor, I have found that by taking care of its people, any organization can achieve greatness.I have often been decorated, promoted, and named to special projects because of my production management, planning, scheduling, and Quality Assurance expertise. For example, I was among the initial staff designated to learn and train other staff in new aircraft systems, maintenance, procedures, and documentation. I believe my hands-on leadership helped others adapt quickly, which is important when many lives depend on thorough equipment knowledge and the assurance that all equipment is operating as it should.I always appreciate making new connections with other manufacturing professionals, whether to share knowledge or to explore mutually beneficial opportunities. If you have a production management challenge that needs a fresh approach, please contact me. I look forward to hearing from you.
