Imagine having a team that can handle whatever you throw at them.Throughout my career in aircraft manufacturing and as a Navy mechanic and supervisor, I have found that by taking care of its people, any organization can achieve greatness.I have often been decorated, promoted, and named to special projects because of my production management, planning, scheduling, and Quality Assurance expertise. For example, I was among the initial staff designated to learn and train other staff in new aircraft systems, maintenance, procedures, and documentation. I believe my hands-on leadership helped others adapt quickly, which is important when many lives depend on thorough equipment knowledge and the assurance that all equipment is operating as it should.I always appreciate making new connections with other manufacturing professionals, whether to share knowledge or to explore mutually beneficial opportunities.
