I am a Senior Analyst at the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA), where I apply my 15+ years of experience in law enforcement and passion in combating financial crime and ensuring compliance with the relevant regulations and standards. I have a Diploma Bachelor's degree in Public Administration at the University of Malta and I am currently pursuing a Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance.As part of the onsite team, I participate in teams that conduct the compliance examinations of entities regulated by the MFSA, such as banks, insurance companies, investment firms, and funds. I use my attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills to identify and assess the risks and vulnerabilities of these entities and provide recommendations and feedback to enhance their financial crime compliance frameworks.
