My name is Christopher Embry. I graduated from American Intercontinental University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a specialization in Crisis Management/Homeland Security. I have over five years of experience in customer service, two years of management and over two years of administrative support experience. I gained my experience through privately owned businesses, non-profit organizations, and corporations.Over the years, I have had the opportunity to strengthen my professional skill set. This was done with my ambition to be proficient in my job role, being a natural self-starter and consistently making an effort in going above and beyond the expectations of my assignments. I have also taken on leadership roles in absence of the assigned supervisor. I often make attempts to engage in projects where I can exude and develop my leadership skills. I possess strong administrative, organizational, customer service and time management skills. I work well independently and with others to meet any deadline or complete any project. My current role as an SR Claims Assistant has allowed me to become more of a leader by taking on special projects that may be difficult or inconvenient for others. In developing my leadership skills, I was assigned the task of training new employees and being a primary source of information for questions or concerns. In addition to my relevant skills, strengths, and areas of experience, I have excellent oral and written communication skills along with a strong knowledge of computer and web-based file management. My positivity, willingness to learn and leadership qualities will allow any division within a company to evolve professionally.
