Christopher served as Senior Vice President of SEC Reporting at JBG SMITH (NYSE: JBGS) where he was responsible for overseeing financial reporting, technical accounting and SOX compliance for the company.

Christopher was a Director in KPMG’s Advisory Practice, specifically working on Accounting Advisory Services engagements within the Deal Advisory group. This included assisting clients with the implementation of new accounting standards and providing guidance on how to address various technical accounting issues.

Christopher was a Vice President at The Rock Creek Group, where he was responsible for performing operational due diligence on a variety of hedge funds and private equity funds across a variety of investment strategies managed by both emerging and established investment managers.

Christopher was a Manager in PwC’s Advisory Practice, specifically working on Financial Due Diligence engagements within the Transaction Services group. This included performing both Buy-Side and Sell-Side financial due diligence on targets across several industries for both strategic and financial buyers.

Christopher worked in PwC's Assurance practice, where his primary focus was serving a variety asset management clients. During his tenure, Christopher oversaw the completion of several financial statement audits (reporting under both US GAAP and IFRS), assisted a client through a US GAAP to IFRS conversion, and advised a client through an attempted initial public offering. Christopher also taught a variety of core assurance and industry specific classes to new hires and associates.
