Assists with the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including telecommunications, servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, printers, phones, fax machines, peripherals, and Office Automation equipment. • Maintain, update, back up, troubleshoot, and safeguard all IT-related systems. • Set up and maintain all users accounts and computer configurations.
