Health Care Services Group is the largest provider of housekeeping laundry and floor care in nursing homes as well as a few hospitals. As District Manager I over see 12 buildings in the Toledo, Napoleon, Fremont and Clyde area. My responsibilities include supervising 12 managers in operations of the buildings, keep positive relationships with our clients, as well as monitor financials for each building. It is also my responsibility to keep the buildings up to codes set by the State of Ohio at all times because we have numerous spontaneous inspections. If we do not pass our company can be subject to financial penalties. I am not just a supervisor, I also do the work when there are call offs or vacation time taken.

My purpose at Petsmart was to provide customer service that is above and beyond any customer’s expectation. I strive to maintain a professional level and at the same time make the customer feel comfortable. Further more I worked with employees to make sure that they met my high standards that I use to set as an example. I provided extensive training for the employees and as my knowledge grew I educated them as well. It was also my responsibility to handle the inventory and the daily opening and closing of the store as well as scheduling and payroll. Specific to this job I cared for the animals as my own and the customers as personal friends.

I assisted with the daily running and organization of the Hensley Plant in Hamilton. I made sure that things ran smoothly. This time management entailed making schedules for employees, making sure to stay on time when it came to the loading and unloading of the Ford transmit ions. Ford Motor Company has high standards that must be met in order to keep their contract and it was my job to make sure they were happy. I also learned to operate a forklift to better serve Hensley Industries.

It is well known that The Disney Company has the highest standard and expectations Guest Relations. It was here that I was groomed to be the highest authority in customer service. The Disney Company provides many classes and seminars to provide their employees the knowledge and skills that Mr. Walt Disney would be proud of. Through the constant opportunities provided I quickly climbed the ladder to achieve one of the highest honors, that of Assistant Manager of my own Disney Store. With this honor and responsibility it was my duty to maintain the highest quality in employees, product, sales and overall appearance to meet and exceed the demands of the Disney Store name. It was also my privilege to make each customer, large or small, feel that they have entered a world of magic and imagination.
