Operation of a 1,792 Megawatt combined-cycle, natural gas-fired power plant utilizing six General Electric 7FA gas turbine engines with two Toshiba Steam Turbines as a two-3X1 setup• Control and maintain auxiliary equipment, such as pumps, fans and, compressors• Operate condensers, feedwater fuel heaters, filters, and water analysis• Ensure consistent supply of supply water, fuel, lubricants, air, and auxiliary power• Monitor and inspect power plant equipment and indicators for operational errors• Clean, lubricate and maintain all equipment to prevent failure and deterioration• Utilize data obtained from indicators to regulate power plant equipment

Completion of construction, startup, and commissioning on Chevron's Solar to Steam plant. Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and operate mechanical and electrical equipment including air compressor, pumps with VFD's, boiler, evaporator panel, service steam generator, solar heliostats, and associated support equipment, for a KOCH Boiler at 130Klb/hr steam producer for Chevron Oil fields. Composed and completed all standard and emergency operating procedures for new plant operation. Maintain maintenance program with assistant plant operators.

Oversee and control the safe and efficient operation of the hospital power plant to supply steam for hospitals needs. Along with air-conditioning, water and related mechanical services to meet hospitals needs. Performed maintenance activities on boiler system, air handlers, steam systems, chiller systems, cooling towers, single phase and three phase motors. Operate shop equipment, and perform welding duties as required. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical plant systems, including problematic equipment, evaluate alternate solutions, and implement corrective action. Comply with preventative maintenance program, make repairs, and maintain accurate records in CMMS system.

Lead and assist in the day-to-day maintenance and operations of the 4 forced air D-type water tube boiler steam plant and auxiliary systems. Troubleshot analyzed, diagnosed, repaired problems, performed preventive maintenance on electric motors, reducers, pneumatic and hydraulic systems to cut production downtime. Also, maintained function of electronic and electrical components such as PLC’s, relays, contacts, starters, and fuses. Maintain a safe work environment, and reported potential safety concerns to management.
