• Provides support for IAM infrastructure• Active Directory, PingID, SailPoint, WorkDay Security Admin, LDAP, SAML, PowerShell, SecureLink• Analyze and maintain IAM product demands in ServiceNow• Authors team procedural documents• Role-Base Access Control (RBAC)• Maintains current knowledge of IAM trends, industry and software/hardware products• Provide production support and troubleshooting services• User life cycle management (new hire, transfer, terminations) • Participates in annual auditing activities as an IAM Analyst• Access administration: provisioning/deprovisioning of user accounts within Active Directory • Lead for the creation and enhancements of ServiceNow forms used by IAM and other IT teams • On-Call customer support
