-Support global VMware VDI infrastructure – ESXi 5.5, Horizon v6, Non-persistent linked clones as well as persistent desktops -Regional lead on many back office projects -Install and manage back office Windows systems: hardware, backup, patching -Assist with POC for Ctera Cloud Gateway/AWS file service solution for remote offices -Implement and support a centralized printing solution using Cirrato One -Train regional engineers to use Cirrato One for printer configuration/migration -Provide solutions for server/data migration to facilitate infrastructure consolidation -Design and implement monitoring solution for regional servers using HP Insight -Document and improve procedures -Work within ITIL processes in a complex, global organization.

-Install, maintain, monitor, backup, and troubleshoot Windows-based file/print, e-mail, and application servers – Windows Server 2003 – Server 2012-Responsible for security and availability of shared resources using Microsoft Active Directory and CIFS shares-Setup and administer intranet web sites using IIS. Deploy and update anti-virus software on servers and desktops region-wide -Implement Microsoft Windows Clustering solution for file/print servers across the AMERS region- Global facilitator of patch management for desktops and servers-Support network services DNS, DHCP, and WINS-Provide 2nd level support for HP Radia software distribution

-Provide 1st level support for desktop hardware and software in offices and development labs -Install and troubleshoot desktop application software, Operating Systems, hardware and peripherals (printers, handheld devices, scanners, etc...) -Participate in company-wide rollout of Windows 2000 Professional-Coordinate lab relocations with development groups and support personnel-1st level support for product demonstrations, presentations, and video conferences
