Managed multiple Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, and macOS) using Jamf to establish an inventory of devices and configure secure baselines such as allowed apps, settings (enforce macOS firewall and FileVault; prevent AppleID signin), and patch status and reporting. Utilized ConnectWise Automate to maintain an inventory of Windows devices and gather information regarding security features of those devices such as TPM presence and BitLocker status. Track work through ConnectWise Manage/PSA.

Responsible for researching and developing training programs for CND analysts.

As mission lead for a small team, reestablished relationships between mission element offices (HQ), partner offices, and customer offices. Arranged for training sessions with subject matter experts to increase team expertise and understanding of current exploitation capabilities. Collaborated with multiple offices to develop tradecraft to identify survey collection opportunities. Developed training plans and curriculum for intelligence analysts to improve tradecraft and knowledge of survey techniques. Gained approval from partner offices to use cutting-edge survey techniques against high value targets within lower priority national intelligence priorities. These new techniques satisfied several intelligence gaps on these targets as these surveys are single sources of collection.

Conducted performance evaluations and reviews for both military and civilian employees and advised employees on career growth opportunities available to them within the office and within the extended enterprise. Reviewed and evaluated civilian promotion applications and provided areas of improvement or strong justification for promotion for employees. Maintained cognizance of of analyst projects and presented project status to upper management in order to reduce the total number of requirements to subordinate employees.

Supported the IT department for the site by gathering, compiling, and presenting user requirements to department management and planners in the migration from legacy applications and operating systems to modernized systems. Met with individual users to document workflows for inclusion in the presentation to IT management. Trained users on modernized systems and helped users complete the migration process by transferring settings and preferences.

Developed plugins for a collection system that extracted target information that previously required manual review and analysis. Plugins increased correlations between discrete types of target information. Reviewed target information to determine target use of the Internet to identify best methods for collection; submitted collection requirements based on this analysis resulting in increased collection for targets.

Managed multiple projects by documenting status and projected goals for each project; submitted and tracked development requirements for each project; presented successes and hurdles of each project to direct and senior leadership. Performed network analysis to identify vulnerabilities and create comprehensive exploitation strategies against varied foreign targets to meet computer network exploitation goals and objectives in support of national intelligence requirements. Researched and analyzed the effect of router and firewall configurations and modifications on traffic patterns and network performance in both local area network and wide area network environments.

Utilized FTK, EnCase, The Sleuth Kit, and PTK to analyze forensic images of compromised DoD and US Government hard drives. Researched intrusion sets from publicly available information to incorporate into forensic reports to provide back to customers. Researched cyber security policies as references to provide to customers so that they can secure their networks and prevent future compromises. Presented findings to multiple levels of management and to customers.
