Assistant GCCS Lead, System Administrator, GCCS COP, C2PC, USCENTCOM, MacDill AFB. Duties and responsibilities: Served as the GCCS-J Theater Support Team Supervisor. Planned, coordinated and installed hardware and software for the a collateral GCCS system. Used this suite as the basis for the installation of other collateral systems. Provided technical support to users and system administrators throughout the USCENTCOM area of responsibility. Support included accounts management, user training, technician training, trouble-ticket management, server and network management for the CENTCOM AOR. Performed tier-two system administrator support for GCCS sites in the CENTCOM AOR. Initiated and documented repairs as appropriate, and engaged senior engineers for problems requiring further research. Assisted with ALTROUTE procedures, exercises, and disaster recovery; performed backup and recovery tasks. Maintained the schedule to ensure mission coverage for CENTCOM GCCS-J theater support mission and forward headquarters deployments. Provided status reports and other management reports. Supervised 3-5 contract civilian System Administrators.

Project Lead, GCCS COP, C2PC, Desktop, and Information Assurance System Administrator, Headquarters United States European Command, Vaihingen, Germany. Responsible for hardware and software installation and documentation, system accreditation and system maintenance for the NATO COP C2PC at HQ EUCOM. On call for GCCS suite including UNIX workstations and servers, COP servers, Windows Clients, C2PC Gateways and C2PC clients. Assisted with user’s problems and with the upgrade of EUCOM's network backbone; an upgrade from 10Mbps copper to 100Mbps fiber optic; ran and fabricated fiber optic cables. Rejoined the computers to the domain through the fiber optic NICs.
