He represents a substantial array of publicly-traded corporations, closely-held businesses, and landowners and developers, in controversies involving real estate, business, and title insurance. His clients include real estate developers and landowners, publicly-traded and closely-held businesses, and title insurers. He represents technology companies including an information security consulting company at the forefront of attack simulations with a focus on strategic risk management, as well as other skilled providers of technology, marketing, and development services that provide around-the-clock service domestically and internationally. Chris routinely practices in federal and state courts, and is admitted to the United States Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio, and is licensed in the State of Ohio and State of Florida.
