Mr. Fancher is currently the Service Delivery Manager for the Mercedes Benz International Account (MBUSI) for ATOS Systems Integration Services. The SDM is responsible for providing IT Operations Management, project management, proposal and contract services, integration services, IT budget, training, and IT solutions in the areas of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Information Technology. He has an extensive eighteen year technical and management background including client/server solutions and project team leadership with the last twelve focused on the management of enterprise resource systems integration with additional emphasis on project leadership, systems and network design, systems security, operating systems configuration, client server and multi-tier architectures. He has successfully led diverse Global teams ranging from a small project teams to world-wide teams of practitioners. He also has experience with large systems software installation, maintenance, tuning, capacity planning and performance measurement, hardware/software evaluation and selection, conversion and migration projects, and data center ITIL control reviews. His industry exposure includes automotive, financial services, health care, manufacturing, industrial, Information Technology, retail, and Federal Government. He is responsible for proposal development, contract signings, and presentations to clients, and revenue generation for the practice working closely with partners and clients. Throughout his career and previous engagements, he has enhanced his skills in leadership, professionalism, excellence and communication in Information Technology services.
