Support the Vice President and Director of Care Force to implement all departmental strategies to increase the impact of our work with our corporate partners. In this role, I evaluate all programs and activity performance of our staff to maintain competency in all our organization policies. Working with the Director I manage communication with our partners, creating budgets, setting performance metrics, and managing all events for our corporate and community partners. Additional responsibilities include:Preparing all program goals and objectives and evaluating progress and effectiveness of all Care Force staff and provide support to all its members to achieve all project deliverables within required timeframe, while preparing all work plans and grant deliverables as per requirement.Assist to develop various alliances to achieve all partner objectives and coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance to all contract deliverables within required timeframe and maintain quality for all procedures.Administer everyday functions for organization and coordinate with Care Force Director to prepare all long term strategies to achieve all goals and evaluate performance;Develop and maintain Care Force's social media platform, newsletter, and alumni network relationship as it relates to our Care Force Reserves program.

Oversee the day to day partnerships between Care Force and their corporate partners, while managing the team of staff members who plan and facilitate our volunteer events.

Responsible for managing the day to day operations of Care Force service events and the corporate partner relationships with Care Force partners. Assist in the building of systems for the Care Force Team, serve as a coach to the City Year Network, and develop a team of senior corps Americorps members

After serving as an Americorps volunteer on the Care Force Team, I was hired as a staff member by City Year to plan and execute corporate volunteer service events around the country. I primarily worked with companies including: CSX, Timberland, T-Mobile, and the Chicago White Sox to engage their employees in volunteer service.

As an AmeriCorps Member in Chicago, I worked within the Chicago Public Schools to run an after school community service program for 30 middle school youth; partnered with 13 Chicago Public Schools to plan and run a Saturday leadership development program for 120 middle and high school youth; and co-directed the planning and implementation of a week-long leadership development overnight camp for 80 middle and high school youth.In my second year as an AmeriCorps volunteer I was one of the 7 founding Senior Corps Members for Care Force. We traveled around the country providing support to lead corporate volunteers in service opportunities including: painting, general construction, flooring, mural work, landscaping, and other revitalization efforts.

As a Senior Bookseller I had duties which included opening and closing store responsibilities, daily deposits, ordering, inventorying, restocking, shelving, and customer service. As an Inventory Supervisor, I managed a team of 10 for all inventory functions including: stocking, shelving, sorting, ordering, receiving and shipping
